[Odyssey Wardec changes] corp members locked in Corp

i hear that coming with the Odyssey expansion is a change to war decs. i hear that once your corp is war dec'd that corp members are locked in the corp till the end of the war my only question is. is this true QuestionTwistedShockedBig smileCoolPiratePiratePiratePirate

I heard that when Odyssey comes, the Orca is being changed to disallow anything except industrial ships in its maintenance bay. Didn't turn out to be true, though.

I also heard that if you press Ctrl-Q while in the client, Aura will award you five billion ISK.

Something like a change to wardecs would be accompanied by a devblog.

However, the potential for unlimited griefing, keeping people stuck in their corp whether they want to leave or not - forcing them to biomass, basically - makes the "locked in corp" idea completely and utterly ridiculous.

Now please, stop drooling all over the floor.

What you do is type into Jita local

I think this is the only change regarding corporations scheduled for Odyssey and has to do with 24 hrs timeout when leaving corp. Nothing about wardecs.

Hmmm...I joined and quit Estel Arador today, and due it being under a war-dec, I got a message that said I would have to wait up to a week to be able to exit. This seems new. Is this a recent change?

I believe you are mis-reading it. The message should say something about it taking seven days before you can REJOIN the same corp you are leaving. Or until the war ends, whichever is sooner i think.
