The gate is being built. In order to ensure fun times can be achieved. It is being built on the tears of a thousand faction warfare players.

I think if the tears of a thousand faction warfare players are going to be used to build anything, that it should really be a massive monument in the shape of a warp core stabilizer located in a little traveled, dead end system that nobody cares about. Any leftover tears could be used towards the construction of the Tomb the Unknown Griffin Alt.
