a bit weak on the gallente side, however makes it up for having trained all other 3 race capitals (some to lvl5). Otherwise should meet your requirements pretty well.

Gallente Gunnery to large and Cruiser5/BS5 should be doable in 2-3 Months time

Its a very nice char. But like half the sps are out of my focus.

I guess i cannot pay u a fair price if i would only pay for the 50mil sps i require :-)

Hello, we spoke earlier. You backed out as my caldari and amarr standings were bad, but I met all your requirements. I'm just pointing out if you are looking for a cap pilot how much time are you really going to spend in high sec?
