Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi there.


I've been experiencing some trouble with my key shortcuts.

While in-game I cannot use the Escape key to access the settings menu or use the shortcut like Ctrl-(click enemy) to target. While W-(click target) DOES work for orbiting the target.
Pressing Enter while chatting works... pressing Enter after typing a can password doesn't.
Holding down the two mouse buttons to zoom doesn't work.

It wasn't due to the new launcher update because it did work after that patch. The problem isn't isolated to one account as I have two accounts and both have the issue.

What I've already tried:
I tried restarting the client several times. Restarting machine. Clearing clients cache. Starting in safe mode. Using the repairing tool (still couldn't press escape or any other button to skip the cinematic). All without desired result.

Before I throw myself into reinstalling the entire game, are there any suggestions as to what I could do to solve this? Something I've missed?

16 GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6900 2GB
2 TB HDD
