It makes YOU asshurt but it doesn't hurt 1v1. It adds to 1v1 because people who wouldn't normally go to PvP places do so with ECM drones.

Mind giving me some practical advice on that? I'm currently starting to get into Small/Medium hull solo PvP again and I haven't quite figured out how to deal with ECM drones yet.


You target them as soon as you see them and kill them with your own drones, problem solved

1vs1, using a smart bomb guarantees guarantees defeat. Its just like useing ECCM. Your down a mod slot ( this time a weapon slot) you will lose the fight.

There are many ships which have less hardpoints for their primary weapons system than highslots.
