I was assuming that there was a good reason why he couldn't toggle caps lock off to type otherwise he wouldn't have said "require caps lock". At least, any sane person wouldn't. I can't currently think of a reason why he would have to have caps lock on all the time unless he's working for an eccentric dictator of an employer who monitors all their employees for whether they have caps lock on but not whether they're mucking about on a gaming forum.
