From the resource rebalance devblog:

ThuliHaf : 100 Thulium + 100 Hafnium = 200 ThuliHaf
ProMerc : 100 Promethium + 100 Mercury = 200 ProMerc

Alchemy will give us:

100 Vanadium + 100 Hafnium = 1 Unrefined ThuliHaf = 40 Thulihaf and 95 Hafnium
100 Chromium + 100 Mercury = 1 Unrefined ProMerc = 40 ProMerc and 95 Mercury

So effectively 100 Vanadium + 5 Hafnium = 20 Thulium + 20 Hafnium
and 100 Chromium + 5 Mercury = 20 Promethium + 20 Mercury

if we neglect to consider any additional upside to thulium etc and average the r64's we get around 54k+28k+25k+17k / 4 = ~31k pu
with current prices of the R64's and the direction they are going does this not seem to suggest chromium and vanadium are currently very undervalued @4kpu

It appears to me Vanadium and Chromium should get to around 6-10k pu relative to the r64s.

Any thoughts.

you seem to ignore that those are R16´s are everyhting but rare and the alchemy is just an alternative, not the main source.
there is just no way that a R16 Moon can ever become that valuable.

Without saying anything about the OP's assertions at all, "Cobalt and Platinum would like to have a word with you."

And heck, Cobalt is an R8.

My prediction is that prices are going to change. Anything more than that is a poor guess.

Make your bets and live with the results.
