Oh...... I just had a bad thought.
Is the cloaky spider a wolf spider? Cuz those are drone boats, dude.... aggro that f**ker, and all the drones (baby spiders) come out to attack you. It's not pretty.

Print out a picture of a rifter and tape it to the wall next to it. That way if the spider comes back till be decloaked instantly.

As long as the spider stays cloaked on the wall you are safe. Make sure you have something to swat it if it uncloaks and arm yourself with the bubble wrap in case you have to start popping them.
