It's not the cloaked spider you have to worry about it's the group of spiders that are waiting in your low sec hallway ready to gank you when you walk through the door.

You should be scared as hell and leave the room. But make sure the cloaked spider is not sleeping! If it is asleep, you don't need to worry.

Don't be scared, because being afk is not a crime.

Go get yourself a Falcon and put him on a perch in your room. You should be good when the spider de-cloacks.

The smart bomb option in the room is the best option though!

Invite 2500 of your friend to your room, it should crash it and make the afk spider unable to get back in.

They need to make it so spiders don't show up in local when cloaked, what's the point of cloaking if people know you're there? It's like a murderer announcing his presence while still remaining hidden. Buff cloaky spiders

You have nothing to fear from this AFK Cloaked spider. He is both away from keyboard, and unable to activate any modules. You may safely go about your business.

Now if you are attacked by him at any point, that spider wasnt AFK Cloaky camping you, we has actively hunting you.

Cloaked camping and cloaked hunting are perfectly acceptable mechanics for a spider and there is nothing to be fixed about them.

If you decide that the Cloaked AFK spider has too much power in your room, and you decide to have an idea that requires both fuel or some kind of timer for his little spider cloak...or some kind of new cloaked spider hunting insect, just ask yourself if it is fair that you get to stay curled up in your bed for as long as you want without any timers or cap usage at all.

If spider cloaks need timers or fuel every 30 minutes, then everyone who is curled up in bed should also be ejected from thier bed every 30 minutes as well.

Of course we could just turn off the lights, and then neither of you would even know you are in the same room.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Try to leave the room and find something you can use to decloak the spider, such as Guristas Dish Rag with a 10 meter range. If you can not leave the room due to the message, "House atmosphere not yet decontaminated for consumption." ... sorry dude, yer fckd.
