Hey,

So I've finally managed to patch the launcher and game. Currently getting a black screen after I log in. Goes through authentication fine etc and I should be put at the character selection, but instead I get a black screen.

I've tried multiple clients and accounts, cleared caches and all that, but still nothing. I've tried the repair tool as well. Anyone else having a similar problem got any idea on how to fix this?!

PS, running windows 8 pro 64bit.

If you've only just patched Odysey and are running win 8 you should prob restart. Seems to fix the socket errors. Other things I would recomend is clearing your chache, running the launcher as admin etc etc.
