Is Starbase Def management Lvl 5 worth it

Being that this character is Cov-op cyno capable, what I'd like to know is

Should i just stick training to Lvl 4 or go all the way to Lvl 5

is just 1 more array worth it to train all this time

I don't have a definite answer for you, but you could ask yourself this question. Am I doing a lot of POS gunning? If you're not, then why do you need to specialize in it? If you're engaging in it regularly and feel you don't have enough gunners to fully utilize your modules, then propably yes. It's just one more module, but jumping from 4 to 5 active modules in combat can still provide a significant increase in your effectiveness.

Unless the character is made JUST for POS defense then not really.
