Fps drops, because of notification log acccesory.

I have for around 1½ years, industrialist back then, had a problemer, that every time i fired at something (inflicted damage) i got a fps stutter / drop. And that made the graphic very choopy. I have just closed the notification and log accesorie, and tested for 2 hours, and that gave me a smooth 60-59 fps instead of the drops to 60-30.
(Have tested the problem on 2 diffrent computers, amd graphics and nivedia graphics.)
So:
The notification log accesory caused the game to be choppy. I just closed it and then the gamen ran 60-59 fps steady.

Very strange. But closing the log worked for me. Anybody heard of anything like this before? Or do i need some kinda voodo on my gameing computer. Big smile
