Test Server Feedback

Hi all!

Duality is now updated and available and SisiLauncher is now also available!

Following options are possible for getting a Duality client:

SisiLauncher:
Start SisiLauncher and switch to the Duality tab. Specify a folder for the Duality client and press "Play" to get the client updated and started.

Download and install the full build:
Windows Installer
Mac Installer

Patch an existing client (for example copy from TQ) using the generic patcher:
Windows generic patcher
Mac generic patcher

Connecting to Duality without SisiLauncher:

Windows:

1. Create a shortcut for the new eve.exe file (for example inside C:\EVE Duality)
2. Right click on the shortcut and select properties, then select the shortcut tab
3. Add /server:87.237.38.60 and press OK (Make sure to add a space before the backslash.)
4. The final look of the Target line would look something like this: "C:\EVE Duality\eve.exe" /server:87.237.38.60
5. Double click on the shortcut and log in

Mac:

1. Right click on the EVE install that you wish to redirect, and select 'Show Package Contents'
2. Open the 'Contents' folder
3. Open the 'info.plist' file
4. Edit the PrefsFolderName value to be "EVE Duality"
5. Save and close the info.plist file
6. Start the EVE Duality client, this will generate the new prefs folder
7. Close the client
8. Browse to ~/Library/Application Support/EVE Duality/ in Finder (~ represents your current users home)
9. Open the config file
10. At the end of this file add this:
11. [AppDefaults\\EVE.exe\\transgaming]
12. "cmdlineadd" = "/server:87.237.38.60"
13. Save and close the config file, start the Duality client to verify that it connects to the correct server.
