MOLDEN HEATH - According to reports from Republic law enforcement, the Angel Cartel has begun to experience a downturn in fortune within Molden Heath from a combination of cloned mercenaries, Thukker Tribe assets, and elements of the Republic Fleet. While the Thukker Tribe and Republic Fleet have been active in Molden Heath for years, the newly settled cloned mercenaries have enabled them to refocus their operations.

Beautiful. Either the Cartel is forced to withdraw from Molden Heath, or they have to spend more money just to keep up.

This has been a long time coming. The Cartel is becoming lax.

I wonder if this will prompt them to reassess their operational procedures.

Here's hoping that the CEP will see the value in these cloned soldiers and allow them access to regions deemed compromised by Guristas activity in the State border zones.

To remain competitive we must seize on this opportunity at the outset - the Republic has made an uncharacteristically savvy move in making use of these soldiers in a manner that whets their appetite for destruction and profit. If we do not similarly adopt a more flexible attitude towards these mysterious soldiers, we risk losing a military and civil service advantage in the short term - possibly more in the long term.

Opps, it looks like I spilled many grains of salt all over the story.

Molden Heath, a bit outside my operational area.

But one must change with the times.

Old ways of thinking examined, old operational models refined to make the most of new opportunities.

I am guessing the Cartel manages to find a way to stay relevant.

As a corp leader who operates near this area, this is extremely fantastic news. This will redirect angel focus away from our mining operations. One may hope....

Long Stand the Republic!

It also stands a chance of redirecting capsuleer focus into those systems.
Most capsuleers are far more hazardous to mining operations than a pitiful band of Angels.
