Exploiting Jita population cap to avoid war dec needs to be punished.

Me and my people spent a long time moving assets and planning strategies for engaging targets in Jita. Now targets are logging off and logging back in only to abuse the automatic move mechanic if Jita is full. This is utter and complete bullshit.

If a target is at war the system should not allow them to pick a new system to log into. CCP should not be helping these cowards.

So to put it in a perspective we can all understand... you moved into a big city that has a lot of people and you are upset that the people you want to interact with you cannot get to because the freeway is in rush hour traffic?

With whom are you declaring war against? Be they Miners, Mission Runners? I highly doubt from your description they are a PvP Corp.

You all are missing the point. This loop hole for evading war needs to be fixed as soon as possible. We do not have the man power to cover all the alternate systems, much less all the stations in them as well.

it doesn't need to be fixed because it can't be fixed. The Jita server can't handle any more connections, it's that simple. If your "strategies" didn't account for this possibility than you might want to revisit your "strategies".

They could limit the amount of places you can evade to 1, but that would mean additional work in form of heartbreaking tears in petitions.

I already said what the solution to close this exploit loop hole is. If you are at war, the option to choose another system on log in is disabled. Idea

How about get a life and start killing people that can fight back. Sitting outside jita waiting for defenceless war targets no doubt... Another griefer who needs to get a life and grow a pair

Its not called PvP in Jita its called Duck shooting, it requires neither skills nor intelligence as obvious from the people that do it Twisted
