I am currently doing lvl 3 missions in npc 0.0 in an arty hurricane and it does not feel fast enough for me. I was thinking of either switching to a sleipnir or a tempest, which do you guys think would work better?
Safety is no issue to me.

Sleipnir. Tempest will be incredibly underwhelming. It will struggle to hit targets and will not be able to keep up with/kite anything you're fighting.

I use this for Angel DED sites, but i guess for level 3 the mwd ac version will do better. Maybe even a pvp version, so you can **** people up who scan you down.
