Launcher broken after patch

Hi there, Just wanted to check I am still getting the launcher loading up, Tells me the server is online with "X" amount of people online however as was stated before The play button never appears as the "Downloading Launcher Update" Never Starts.

Is there anything you can do to assist me in correcting this as I find the Test server provides me with a great insight to the game and I am missing it in all honesty, I thank you for your time and have a great day.
