Just chiming in that I've got this too. First it showed 13,666, then it looped some 5 second timer a few times, and now it's entirely offline.

Launcher is slow at stats update, probably for good reasons. Sadly some will take it and use it for their next tin foil thread on how CCP is faking subscribers.
