nvd3dum.dll errors - Eve crashes

Eve client is crashing, at times as Im logging in and other times, when I'm trying to load the game after logging in

Ran repair and did not help. Odd thing is, I have my pc up where I have a "mirror" of my Eve folder so my Alt has it's own settings and all toons work on that one. But when I try to use my original folder, I get the error

Updated to latest video card driver, launched game. It was fine.
Quit, launched the game, it crashed.
Tried it again, it worked.
