whenever it is mentioned, I consider if it is harsh to remove someone from a project such as this. If it is, I'm sorry. I could be more gracious. but doubt remains in my mind, so as much as I would like to adhere to the group's consensus, I can't act like it didn't happen.

Hmm... Well, theoretically yes, Random. But I think "month" was established as fixed unit of measurement eons ago. That was done by the Terran Academy of Landlords, Utility Companies and Credit Card Companies. Blink

Universal time: used to synchronize universal events. It counts a year as 365 days of 24 hours and 3600 seconds each hour.

Planetary time: measured in standard hours, "day" and "year" are defined astronomically

Local time: measures day/night cycle at a spot in a planet surface

So.....wouldn't it make sense to break free of the bonds of the ancient Terrans by instituting a new unit of measurement?

Or it could be that the measurement of time has been idolized without people realizing it and changing it would cause a time warp scenario to where all of humanity is engulfed in a quantum induced fire and frenzy that kills the entire human race. Or nothing would happen. who knows. Cool
