My brothers are in the Caldari State.

Being a capsuleer in no way shape or form absolves me of my duties as a citizen of the State to uphold the virtues of the Caldari. Nor does being emancipated from mortality also emancipate me from the debts I owe the State for my life, my education, and the opportunity they gave me to become a capsuleer in the first place.

Every capsuleer that the State churns out is an investment. And this capsuleer plans to do everything within his power to give the State a return on its investment.
