Lets hope this stays on when it goes live. I for one would like to see a decrease in costs of clones because when losing a Frigate that costs a fraction of the pod I lose is kinda stupid.

Are you in a FW level 3 upgraded system on Sisi?

That would explain the 30% price decrease, I guess.

Just had a look in hi-sec and can confirm that it's not due to FW upgrades.

I jumped from High Sec to Low Sec to Null Sec and the changes were across the board. I even tried it on multiple alts and each had the same prices in both NPC and Player stations.
