Hell, if they are smart, they should just logski their caps. Take everything down. Wait till you move in with faction modded pos. After about a week of laying in wait, and sneaking fleets in. Bring the hammer down. Twisted

PI is meh, but that hole has potential with the dual HS/C3 statics.

Be prepared to fight in and around it though. Holes like that are in demand.
