I have a question concerning the most recent Crimewatch introduced in Retribution.

If "Ganker A" attacks "Victim B" in low-sec and B is an unwarranted target to A. Then A becomes a criminal and his sec status drops.

Now assume "Ambulance C" starts to rep "Ganker A". Then he becomes a criminal (takes over the flags from Ganker A), but what about his sec status? Does that drop as well, or does that remain the same as long as he doesn't use any offensive modules?

No, you no longer lose sec status for repping criminals/outlaws. Obviously, attacking the victim will damage your sec in the scenario above.

All you get is the usual suspect timer, though no sec status hit, unless attacking the person without a limited engagement timer on you, as per above.
