Planetary Interaction Suggestion (Offline?)

I've just started to interact with the resources on the planet and building installations, and noticed one feature that has worked excellently for ships that could be carried over to the planet interface to reduce a LOT of clicking.

When you first start gathering materials with a level 1 Command Center and you have to pay quite a bit of ISK for buildings and upgrades; I thought that it would make sense to build in "Phase"d developments where you could have an extraction phase, that filled a storehouse with raw materials, then the phase could be put offline to free up the power and cpu requirements for a refining phase that could turn the raw materials into T1 products that then get stored in the warehouse or launch pad.

The advantage this gives the player is that you could reduce the amount of building you have to do (decommissioning and constructing over and over again) and allows the player to simply turn one phase off, and turn another phase on until the Command Center is upgraded enough to run both phases at the same time.

I love the idea that if you're short on power or cpu you can put a non-essential component offline for your ship and put a different one online because of the freed resources.

This would further enhance the Planetary Interaction process for people wanting to produce difficult components for T2 ships and equipment items.

Thank you for reading and I'd love to hear suggestions!
