CCP could you please make a ready check button for fleets?

Dear CCP,

The subject title says it all. I've been in countless fleets were we just had a break, and we have no way of finding if someone is still afk. This slows down the fleet, costs time and frustrates people.

Other MMO's have "ready check" systems which make life of players easier and more plesant.

+1 for every time the FC has to repeat the SAME DAMN THING in Vent/TS because it's hard to hear anything sometimes.
