Congratz to S2N in killing a NULL Incursion MOM

To my knowledge since the Escalation nerf of over a year ago this is the first NULL incursion to have had the MOM site die ( I noticed a few lo sec incursions have died )
Where there mostly armour or shield fleets run & what dropping in the MOM near TPB-KGQuestion

Ever since Incursions were first added to the game, this is the first time I've heard of a Sansha Incursion ever being done in Null sec.

Incursions are done in null sec all the time (if for no other reason than to lift the cyno lock down on an important constellation, or to clear an important travel route). If the constellation is unimportant, no one bothers.

I've personally contributed to the removal of 7 or 8 null incursions over the last coule years. Null incursions are bascially worthless because , unlike high sec ones, you have to worry about fighting real people instead of just npcs (and getting to an incursions through hostile or neutral space is a pain to begin with) and you WILL sometimes take losses from the Sansha gate camps.

Goons used to do quite a few of them. They did the NULL LO ones too for awhile trying to get a Revenant BPC
Since the Escalation nerf though last year this is the only one to die that I've seen probably becuase the site completion times for VG's where tripled

EDIT: fixed NULL to LO

Null sites don't drop the revenant BPC.

Your guys drones sure moved alot ( most HI SEC incursions keep the drones on the revenant the whole time). Was it a smallish MOM fleet (>45)? What did that take 20-30 minutes?

I've actually wondered about that myself... I never hear about the flooding of the market with those awesome Sansha supership blueprints... Could it be that people in the uber-safe blue space never run Incursions?!???!?!

Does it have any significant advantage?

The Shadow bombers are also turds...


The Phantasm is a turd

The succubus is a turd

The Nightmare is the only decent Sansha faction ship (aside from the NPC boats seen in Incursions, which would be pretty awesome if they were properly piloted and had proper logi support)
