Bootstrapper and launcher are freezing, window doesn't even pop up.

The title pretty much says it, I run EVE through Steam (if that matters) and the launcher shows up in my task manager but won't open a window. It either hangs up on the bootstrapper, or launcher.exe is stuck and I can't close it down.
