hmm i think its hard enough to manage all the stuff what you need to live in a wh-space. and now all the gravi-site´s on 100% ?

Quit complaining...if you don't like it, go back to high sec and mine in the belts that are warpable with some decent protection. OR do like other sane miners in wh space do and get a scout to watch the system as you work.

For more discussion of this you can see the Resource Dev Blog thread. In particular you can see Fozzie's response to a similar question I asked. Fozzie likes the risk vs reward that he has created, and it appear that this is not one of the options open for modification.
