The new POCO are ISK sink. High-sec tariff will double; an ISK sink. The POCO blueprint will likely require ISK as well as LP; another likely ISK sink. The low & nul sec tariff are not an ISK sink but IS a economic liquidity trap, which has a similar impact on the money supply. All this against a back ground of months of deflation of the EVE economy.
