Corp looking for Alliance to join.

-NO MANDATORY CTAS, but mandatory HD is ok
-I like pvp, but some corpies do not
- do stupid drama
- most hold a station with refinery
- srp would be ok but not really mandatory
- ts3 or voice comms would be good to
