I can't believe people have such a hard time reading between the lines.....

You don't hit an all time high in subscribers, and cut 20% of your staff. If your "Re-focusing" it usually involves moving people around, perhaps adding a few people, not the opposite.
I'm not saying Eve is dying, but certainly, things are worse than they are letting on. Oops

If he sits on them and never cashes them in it actually messes up accounting for CCP.

he already bought them. CCP already got their money. he can bronze them and stick them on his virtual mantelpiece, it doesn't matter.
