Train up the Marketing skill and remote sell your stuff from space. List it noticeably under value so it sells quick.
"Skill at selling items remotely. Each level increases the range from the seller to the item being sold. Level 1 allows for the sale of items within the same solar system, Level 2 extends that range to systems within 5 jumps, and each subsequent level then doubles it. Level 5 allows for sale of items located anywhere within current region."

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Another option might be to create an api key for your inventory, post the key in the sales forum and let people bid on various piles in various stations. (Be sure to set an expiration date on the key.)

Contracting the stuff you want to keep to one of your alts might be a good idea if you want to maintain some privacy.

This. There are Trade skills that allow for remotely selling items. You only need to be in the region within x number of jumps and don't have to fly all over the place.
