i may not be who you were asking but. if you look at it, eveboard is only giving credit for astrometric rangefinding 4 as opposed counting the 75% of level 5.

sorry about the mix up i was just going off eve mon numbers, which i snow saying its over 6m, but the number from the in game client is Current Skills: 19 (Skill Points: 4,558,368.00) which blows my mind, that's what barlkin wrote 11 days ago. i guess we dont get a running total. secret bears exploitation makes sense though why count sp that is not much other than dead weight.
