Very odd "3d" graphics error since latest patch - please help!

I've attached a screenshot of what appears. In-game graphics are identical. It almost appears that my graphics are trying to render in 3d for someone with 3d glasses.

I'm using an Nvidia GeForce GT520. I've tried it with my old driver (v. 301.42) and the most up-to-date (v. 314.22), with the same graphical anomalies.

Right click on desktop -> Nvidia control panel -> Stereoscopic 3D -> Setup -> Disable Stereoscopic 3D

Looks like something enabled it for some reason.
