What we expect from all our Pilots

• Good attitude
• Frequent and Regular online times.
• Headset and Mic (Voice Interview is Mandatory).
• Cashflow Independence.
• Willingness to look after Corporate interests.

Small Arms Division:

• Mandatory SP - Low
• Must have an interest in learning all PVP professions, including but not limited to Fast Tackle and T1 Combat Logistics.
• Willingness to follow fleet doctrine.
• Willingness to fly with the Industrial Division and help recoup the minerals for ship replacement.
• Mandatory Full API check and interview.

Regular Combat Division

• Mandatory SP - 10 Million +
• Must be able to fly select T2 ships.
• Must have a PVP skill focus and ability to fit T2.
• Mandatory Full API check and interview.

Industrial Division

• Mandatory SP - All
• Must be willing to Mine and Manufacture for the corp.
• Will be provided with access to the Manufacturing POS's for Corporate and Personal projects
• Mandatory Full API check and interview.
