For those looking for an "evemon lite" or whatever, check out http://skillq.net
and yes, you'll need to register to use it properly
skill planning coming up in the next week or two, I've been lazy on that bit :P
Biggest perk that I like about it: it will email me when my skills are <24 hours
I also plan on adding twitter notificaiton and possibly text notification as well

Various projects I enjoy putting my free time into:

Do you need help working on it? I'd like to contribute.

WinXP can handle above 4GB, you just have to switch to 64-bit.

Not an option. First, that idiocy of Microsoft is not supported by hardware vendors, second...

...second, I need 32-bit system for development. Real system, not virtualbox os something.
Morale is: people may have other reasons, than the year number, to use something for their daily tasks.

I despise all this "use web apps, it's completely safe" trend.

Fair enough. You asked for something and I gave you an option.

Use an application that someone else has written. It's completely safe.

You know, EVEMon is open source? Besides, I'm compiling it myself.

This is one of the most amusing comments in an attempt to defend open source applications against closed, or web based apps. It doesn't matter if you compile yourself; if you haven't reviewed each and every line of code that you're compiling, you're still in the dark about what the app your compiling is capable of. You should save the time in compiling, and use a web or closed app.Blink

I'm not attempting to defend or offend open source. I just making a statement, that if you want safety, you have to trust both your tools and environment they are used in.
In case of web app, you have no control over either. Not even theoretical.
