Lets say two (or more) of us catch a neutral pod in Low Sec - there is a mad scramble to catch the pod after killing the ship and we all end up holding him with tackle. We then try for a ransom, but he refuses. Is it possible for only one of us to take the security hit for actually killing him?

If we all take the security hit (even if only one of us shoots). Does that security hit get watered down in the spreading between us. Or does everyone get the same big hit regardless of the gang size.

Not totally sure, but I would suspect that the one shooting gets the entire hit for the podding, while the group gets the lesser hit for agressing.

If a pod is destroyed then all pilots that attacked the pod in the recent past suffer the full sec penalty.
