@OP, I like you. Post more of your wonderful ideas.

I imagine it would be difficult to create a minigame that doesn't interfere so much with the rest of what is going on on screen.

Creative though, but before ecm itself changed I think ec drones should be restricted to certain ships, maybe even restricted to ecm ships alone. I see too many small gangs escaping death because of ec drone blobs.

Dps pilots should commit to a fight like a Man.

Would I have to complete 5 minigames for each drone or what?

ECM is easy enough to counter or remove from the field. If for example a solo pilot (or you and your scout alt) manage to get owned by a stronger force using dedicated ECM I don't think there's a problem at all and my previous advice in that case would very relevant.

Its just pure laziness bro.

There is a component of the game they do not like, so instead of either preparing or taking action to stop it, they instead come to the forums and scream nerf.

ECM has already been nerfed because of enough babies, yet they will not be happy till it is removed from the game. Same thing with afk cloaking.

They spend more energy coming on the forums to whine about it then actually just dealing with it in game.

Falcon alts unite! Our risk adverse life style is threatened by this OP! We must launch all EC drones, and run all Jammers so that they can do NOTHING to stop us.
