[Question] Odyssey Skill Change

Hello People of EVE :D So I was readin up in dev blogs and i saw that

"If, for some odd reason, you have Destroyers and/or Battlecruisers skills, but have no Racial Frigate/Cruiser 3 at all, then the skill points will be moved in the free allocation pool when the old skills are removed."

Does this mean that for example, I don't have any amarr racial skills trained at all, would I get aproximately 2 million SP Unallocated, or would I not get anything? Would I need to have no racial Frigate/Cruiser skills to 3 at all?

Have: Destroyers X
Don't Have: any racial Frigate 3
You get a skill point reimbursement for the skill points in Destroyers.

Have: Battecruisers X
Don't Have: any racial Cruiser 3
You get a skill point reimbursement for the skill points in Battlecruisers.

No.

Dev quote, emphasis mine

No racial frigate 3 at all, meaning that if all of Amarr, Caldari, Gallente, Minmatar Frigate skills are all 2 or lower and you have some levels in Destroyer somehow, then and only then will you get some sp reimbursement.

Ahh, K. Thank you :D, guess my carrier queue is going to be even long... 93 Days after the Odyssey Skill Queue i'm training... plus the capital mods... :/

if your carrier queue gets longer from Odyssey, you're doing it wrong and shouldn't get anywhere near a carrier.
