I am highly spec'd for caldari and looking to get back out to 0-0...

It has been a while but I have been around since 2005 with other chars.

Looking for a 0-0 home and a place to rat while I train and get my pvp skills tp par.

no issues with losing ships, but looking for a relatively secure home and to ease back into pvp / Eve.

**I don't have much exp with WHs but would be willing to give it a try also. I've been reading up on them but always easier to jump in and learn. I am ONLY caldari Spec'd so I can't swap racial types etc for a while so it will have to be a place I can work with in a Tengu.
