What's it like to be a miner?

We don't know either!

Most of the players in Greystone Ind. are new, or have very limited experience in EVE. The EVE universe has become very large over the past 10 years and as I've sat back and watched the game thrive with confusion I had to give it another look. I saw just how deep the structure of the game went and realized what gem I had been missing out on.

I have recently joined a small mining operation that creates supplies for a private corp and am looking to expand upon it's low numbers. Right now we have 10 people and are looking to raise that number. As you progress, you will become faster over multiple days, and eventually will be able to move on to more difficult tasks. Keep in mind, we are all new. this is just the collective knowledge we've strung together.

A big thing about eve is when you start out, you have to begin building tons of skills toward a specific goal. These skills take several days if not weeks, and most people when getting started who have a busy schedule will find themselves best building their character's purpose along with his bank account. If you don't have a goal, just come make money with us and join in our goals!

Right now, the CEO is paying out a reward per load, or you can just work with someone else to haul it back to your storage. By not needing to haul, you can mine faster, by not needing to mine, you can haul more.
As with every service, everyone's position has a cost.
Think of eve as a business.

All of us learning together allows for each and every one of us to learn the core fundamentals of what it means to truly experience the tools CCP has given us to use in New Eden. My philosophy is that by learning together new, we will have far more detailed stories to share later in our EVE careers. Stories of foundry and origin.

Our later plans involve much more than mining. And if you are involved in the founding of our organization, you would obviously move up the line with us throughout the process. The time and effort put in is the reward put out.

Beside that
By considering all that is available in my research of the game, Mining is a great way to get started in the world of eve. Especially if you want to get off to a civil start. If you are interested at all in getting started with mining in cooperation with other players, please send me a message in game. And on the flipside, I find all your information personally for you, and you will be able to communicate with me via in-game, voip, or email at any time!

We intend to be an entity within eve that outlasts ourselves.
Legends require legendary people

The best,
