Fitting Window and Theft Suspect Flag - Minor Issues

Not sure if these are intended, and don't seem to have created any major issues yet. But I'll bring them up nonetheless.

When Swapping to another ship in station, and then opening the Fitting window (if the new ship hasn't completely swapped over by then) The fitting window will be Blank. And will remain blank after closing it and opening it a number of times. Eventually I can see my fittings but a few times I have missed a target because I was unable to reship, and refit quick enough.

Second one could cause some hassles but might still be intended.
If I have opened a can, or wreck that doesn't belong to me to have a look, and then try to drag some items in to my cargo but have no space (not actually taking anything) I still get a Suspect flag without stealing anything. This also happens if I hold shift to split items, I get suspect flagged before I've actually moved anything in to my cargo (while choosing a stack size).

I feel like I am being punished just for considering stealing.
