a good PVE cruiser fit?

my Caracal got itself blown up, and i figured before i fit out another, id ask the forums to see if i should or not, and if so how.

I mostly just do alot of PVE and im not sure if my best bet would be to go for another caracal, or a Moa. I only got about 17 mill to work with here. my set up (Before being blown away) was:

Here's a nice basic Caracal fit (switch to hardeners up for whatever is best against the rats you're facing). And for lvl 2 missions, which is what you should be doing in a Caracal, AMLs are what you want, not HMLs.

Here is a basic passive tanked PvE caracal that should work nicely for L2 missions. Its set up to be a somewhat overtanked newbie friendly fit. The entire fit can be upgraded to T2 modules as your skills improve with no fitting issues. This fit is also completely cap stable even running the afterburner.
