You have over 1 month of training for the ship skills, you have about another month for BASIC T2 guns and that isn't with all the supports that will be needed for it.

All you have done with this toon is create a pointless waste of 13million SP and time!
15 B you will NEVER get for a toon like this. If you do, just no !

Your asking over 1 B per million SP.

Lower your price to about 5 B or something along those lines... That's absolute max.

Just for reference, super capital holders go for about 6 B and you have nothing even remotely like that nor in their league.
