c2 w/static hs and static c4

I am selling my c2 wh. Has a static c4 and static highsec. Atm there are 18 regular sites, 3-4 ladar and 4 radar. My tower has been taken down and it is ready for a new owner. The c2 sites can be done solo in a drake, bring some friends for the c4 sites.
This is a very nice hole.

The Trade is broken - the WH System is occupied with 2 Amarr Towers.
So I still search a C2 WH with static High Sec and static C4 :)

We inquired on this WH and we were told that it was already occupied by someone he gave the entrance to prior to payment. I wouldn't waste your time with this one.
