Can a new account on trial time claim 10th Anniversary gifts?

Yeah, it's likely. It's a promotion for them; to get people to create accounts and get into the game, to increase the playerbase numbers.

Don't think any of the other gifts apply, but might as well check the claim gifts button while claiming your Gnosis.
