noobs question: How do i switch input language in chat?

Hi guys~

I've been reading forum about this, but I haven't found a clue yet. I'd like to talk to my friends in another language, but the normal mac language input switch keyboard shortcut doesn't seem to work in-game so I was wondering how do you guys change the input in chat?

I had the same issue and petitioned it. Apparently, the Mac client (which uses Wine) does NOT HAVE the input language keyboard shortcut built into the Mac client. The only way to switch languages is to play in windowed mode, deselect eve, switch languages, and activate eve again.

Not sure if there is a way to mod the Mac client somehow...

P.S. apparently command+shift works, but I haven't tested it.
