You don't seem to understand that real-life space isn't fun to play in. If they actually made the physics like they are in reality then this game would probably have no players. There is no "up" or "down" in space, it's very very hostile, it's very very cold, etc...in EVE targeting an asteroid and shooting a laser beam at it is easy, but in reality, it's very very complicated.
