We are a serious PVP corp and seek out fights in all aspects of Eve. From our humble origins in high sec, to our pirate days in Low sec and Syndicate, we have grown into a corp that enjoys combat in its many forms. What we offer Frequent large and small gang PVP ops led by experienced, corporate FC's Capital ship subsidy for pilots in good standing Super capital subsidy for pilots in good standing Stable Corp and Alliance Strong ship doctrines Comprehensive SRP Friendly, team oriented atmosphere Alliance Teamspeak 3 and Jabber servers (microphone and interview is required) High level of activity What we expect from all our pilots Activity—but we understand that real life comes first; we won't expect you to wake up halfway through your sleep cycle for a CTA. That being said, if there's a CTA and you're online, we want pilots who desire to get into PVP fleets without being prodded like children. PVP focused skill plan - pilots entering GROND are expected to aggressively train towards our doctrines (A skill training plan is provided to help you prioritize either our DPS or logi paths) ISK self-sufficiency - you will need to be able to buy multiple, high end PVP ships for ops. Smart enough to survive in null sec - we like to mentor pilots provided that they are teachable. Ability to fly T2 Logi or AHAC and either a T2 Maelstrom or T2 Rohk - the ability to fly loki or proteus is a plus Ability to fly carriers - this is for rapid deployment purposes but you do not have to already own the ship as we do have a cap subsidy.
